AT BLOOMFIELD HIGH SCHOOL MEDIA CENTER – from 7 PM – 9 PM.
Join us for Linda Colucci, M. Ed. Director of Bloomfield Schools Special Services and her Presentation: Differentiated Instruction – differentiating lessons to reach all learners, aligning IEP goals and objectives while utilizing therapists in the classroom.
This Presentation is designed to help teachers and parents understand differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners. By differentiating lessons, teachers can incorporate goals and objectives into the lesson; while also meeting the needs of all students in the room. Also, learn how a multi-sensory approach helps allow therapists to utilize a push-in model, so students do not miss academic time.
There is as always, something for everyone, parents, students, self-advocators, educators, administrators, Child Study Teams, Board of Ed Members, Community members, All are welcome. Please pass the word and bring a friend.
Our hope is to bring about positive systemic change by shaping district policies affecting students who benefit from special services so that ALL students receive a quality education that is fair and equal.
